ABOUT ME
I’ve spent the best part of a decade working within hospitality across restaurants, bars, events, marketing, and brand strategy, and that breadth of experience has given me a deep understanding of the culture, craft, and detail that sit behind it.
I’m particularly interested in provenance, seasonality, food history, and the folklore that surrounds what we eat and drink, as well as the people and places that carry those traditions forward.
Design is equally important to the way I work. I’m drawn to interiors, materiality, objects, and the visual language of a space, and I tend to view hospitality as something that extends far beyond the dining room itself. It exists in ritual, service, landscape, architecture, produce, and the decisions that shape how a place is experienced.
That perspective informs my photography. I’m interested in creating work that is visually considered, but also culturally aware, observant, and rooted in the story behind the subject.
